The answer is simple. I dont have the time or the desire to play a low return high progressive that relies heavily on a hand that may never come. 10/7 DB is much more playable than 9/6/4 or lower. I dont want to sit every day, 8 hours a day playing for a royal. I want a decent shot for play time in the 4 hour range and not have to rely on a royal to recover my losses. I dont want to have to learn new strategies as progressives change. Im a casual player, these are geared for the seasoned veteran such as yourself. I would be interested to know how much time and money you had into it before you hit a royal if you ever did. Remember this is within your comfort zone because you played progressives for a living the rest of us haven't.

Then I actually would have an excuse to go there and play while dragging gf, family or friends. Right now I just have no desire to go when every other casino in the area, except Silverton, has better games. They need bodies in there. I know the progressives are positive at times but Im not willing to play with those tables. So what about the rest of us?
