Re: [vpFREE] New TITO technology

I was playing at Barona Casino today with my players card inserted in the machine. When I cashed out, the TITO voucher that printed had my name printed on it beside the casino name. Barona doesn't have redemption machines so all tickets have to be cashed at a cage or by a change person. I was not asked for ID or players card when I cashed my small voucher.

That's for helping to recover lost tickets.

Re: [vpFREE] CZR Change?

No change, except accounts have been reporting inaccurate expiration dates.
This was even more confusing the way they report it to club members.
You are going to miss CET, I know it....

I just got the message below from CZR.  I may be having a senior moment, but I can't understand what has changed.  Isn't this the way it always was?????

WE'VE UPGRADED OUR SYSTEM PROCESS

Effective September 24, 2019, we will be upgrading our system process to update Tier Status expiration dates.

At this time, you will notice the expiration date in your My Rewards account update to January 31, 2021. Please stop by the Caesars Rewards® Center during your next visit to receive a Caesars Rewards card with your updated expiration date.

Moving forward, the expiration date reflected in your account will be the actual date your Tier Status is due to expire. Make sure you continue to earn enough Tier Credits each calendar year to maintain your Tier Status for the following year.
