Not true. You can send a check with your extension and file in October.

[vpFREE] Double Down Casino on Facebook/Smartphone

Has anyone here played video poker on Double Down Casino on Facebook or on their smartphone? If so, are the paytables good ones that we'd play in a regular casino or are they short paytables? Thanx!

[vpFREE] Gambling with an Edge --- July 26

Thursday's Gambling with an Edge radio show
features Shack and I answering questions gleaned from our mailbag. We actually
have dozens to choose from and we'll get to several.

In last week's show, Hollywood Dave Stann had been on several game
shows (as have I) and we discussed what it took to get on that type of show.
Shack remembered an article of mine in Casino Player magazine about 12
years ago that spoke about a friend of mind who tried to fake his way onto a
Jeopardy! game show. I received more compliments from that single article than
I did from anything I wrote anywhere. I'm going to share that story this
week. I promise you'll get a big chuckle out of it.

GWAE may be heard live
Thursday evenings from 7-8 in Las Vegas on 1230 AM or from www.klav1230am.comfrom
anywhere. The shows are archived the next day on bobdancer.com. You may
subscribe for free from iTunes to get the podcasts delivered automatically to
your device.

[vpFREE] Majestic Star bar tops

I looked through every denomination and game pay table for four of the
sixteen machines (198 combinations per machine.).

One at each of the two bars on the Majestic Star 1 and two on the Majestic
Star 2.

All four machines were identical. (For now I will assume the other twelve
are the same.

Best single line I saw was 8-6 BPX (98.49%). Also 9-5 and 8-6 Jacks and
17-7-940 Joker Kings.

The multi-line games (triple play, five play and ten play) had some denoms
with 25-13-4-3-3 Bonus Deuces (98.80%).

Super Times Pay was very short pay and Ultimate X was even worse but of
course is subject to multiplier "wonging".

Nothing within these to include in the database.

The online ordering of transcripts is fairly new but very effective.  I am a bankruptcy lawyer and I have clients order these at least a couple times each month.  They will arrive by mail within two weeks of the request.

One of the reasons I never make the April 15th filing date is I want to make
sure that my 1099s & W-2s match what the IRS has so I wait till they get
their run (used to be around Sep, this yr it was Jun) & have them print out
copies for me. Usually every yr, I have at least one item that IRS doesn't
have (I include it anyway) but sometimes there's one that I didn't have.
Like last yr, IRS had 4 W-2s from Peppermill that all were $20 or less. I
asked IRS if I should include it because these were obvious errors by
Peppermill (probably left off 2 decimals when typing it). They said to
include it to avoid any flags.

Anyway, I learned that IRS has a system to obtain forms which is accessed
online or phone call.

1. Online:
a. _www.irs.gov_ (http://www.irs.gov)
b. Click on ORDER A TAX RETURN or ACCOUNT TRANSCRIPT

2. Call 800-908-9946 & follow prompts

3. Mail - IRS form 4506-T or from 4506-T-EZ (Request for Transcript of
Tax Return)

[vpFREE] Palms VP

I see that Palms has added some 100% VP, however, according to the monitor they are removing many 99% games. Does anyone know what's going on there? (We are going in August, and I'm wondering if this will be our last trip)

[vpFREE] Revel Trip Report

Hi Gang:
For those interested, I've posted a trip report to my web site about our
initial weekend stay at the spanking new, multi-billion dollar resort/casino
in Atlantic City, the Revel. It was an interesting ... and lucrative one
.. to say the least!
You can use the link below to access it. Enjoy!
