Crazy game.  I was practicing on VPFW software today, warming up for a Reno weekend and got two Royals this morning.  It's been about 2 years since my last "practice" Royal, and then I got two Royals in one week.  Don't ask about how long since a Royal in a casino.  Of course I probably don't play as much as most people in this group.

With a roughly 15% chance of hitting on any single hand's draw when holding suited JK, the probability of a wash out on all 50 hands comes to about 1 in 2000-3000 attempts (depending on specific discards).


I feel the pain, but this doesn't rate up there with lighting striking twice in the same place ;)

There's been no indication that the player saw any "excessive" play win displayed.  The error appears to be limited to an erroneous display of the cash out ticket amount.

If someone withdraws $50 from an ATM but receives a receipt showing the withdrawal amount as $50 million, yet all other receipt details were accurate (including ending account balance), I'm hard pressed to think anyone could make a convincing case that the customer was due the full $50 mil.

If I grasp the situation correctly, the credit meter never reflected the amount displayed on the screen for the erroneous cashout.  I see this analogous to the ATM example and find the casino's offer reasonable.

[vpFREE] Stations cruises

 

Supposedly the way to book is to go to https://book.princess.com/affiliates/login.page

And type in Station, then next page asks for your name and Station cars number, then it will let you book cruise.

I just tried it and got an error.  So I so don't know if this means there are no cruises available now or some other error.

The cruises might be available only at specific times of year.

Does anyone have more info?

Tiki, thanks for all the Stations mailer information here and in another thread. I play there on NSUD or worse exclusively and don't get a "good" mailer like your friend. I play enough to maintain President but get a minimal mailer of about $5 per week. Actually I'm grateful to get any mailer since so many have been no-mailed.

[vpFREE] Bounce-back policies of Stations

 

Based on usual policy in other Station casinos, does it matter whether you play every day you pick up free play (that is, daily average) or does future free play depend on just your total play for the month (or whatever the qualification period is for bounce-back – which is what???).  We haven't played much at Stations for several years so I am rusty on the details, so we need this information, if known, for starting play at the Palms.
