As a follow-up to my questions to the staff about what makes them believe they'll make it this time around during a bad economy when they didn't make it the last time....and, how do they expect to get the locals in when their paytables on vp are nothing special:
I did get a callback on Monday, but it was a lap dog saying someone would call me NLT Thursday noon with responsible answers. Didn't happen. Which leads me to believe these people don't really know what it takes to be successful--unless they're just bad communicators, which I'm hoping for.
It's a very decent, smaller casino is a fabulous part of LV. It has a touch of class you don't find at very many of these places. If you remember the Hyatt's casino out there then there's another one, but I think this is CML's last chance and it doesn't look good.

Tell him to turn off the GPS before he takes the picture. You can tell
where a picture is taken if the phone's GPS is on. Sorry gang, but I had to
tell them.

[vpFREE] Re: Silverton, South Point
I got a remodeled room from BAGIANT at the Silverton last week. It came with $25 freeplay--enough for ten hands @ 50c BP. It gave me a dealt royal & four 7's.
I like the Silverton.

I also got $25 free play for playing 10,000 pts. at the Silverton. Mailed pulltab was a $100 dining credit. Lines were long today to redeem the mailed pulltabs, which are for Fridays and Saturdays if they are all the same as ours.
Haven't been to South Point yet this month.

No offense to any vpFREEers who may be gay but I've been a ladies man all my life. That is, when I can find one that will cooperate.

Even money on 3 of a kind is correct. It's a top heavy payscale but I'm only making about $500 an hour in action. If I was on my case $1000 I'd take it to this play.
It's just a unique situation that I stumbled onto about 3 and a half years ago. At one time I had a couple dozen of these machines all around Montana. Finding them was like finding a needle in a haystack. When I randomly stumbled onto the first one I said "There has to be more." There are 18,000 machines in Montana spread out amongst 1700 licensed establishments. Each license can have only 20 machines max. But a bar might have only 4 or 5 machines.
This particular game, called Jackpot Aces can be found on about 4000 machines. But the Natural Aces Full meter is supposed to start at either $10, $15, or $20. The ones I found with the meter starting at $100 has to be some kind of glitch or technicians error.
I've literally been in every licensed establishment in Montana looking for the glitch. I only found about 25 machines with the glitch. I had to ask myself "Should I torch it or milk it?"
The problem is these little Mom & Pop joints can't take heavy losses. If I go in and tag them for $3000 or $4000 in a couple of days they are on the phone to the slot route operator yelling "Git the &%(^^*&$$# down here and fix this )*^($##^%#^* machine.
The machines have a couple dozen games on them. Jackpot Aces is not a popular game. Every time I left a machine I wrote down where the meters were at. When I came back to the machine I oould tell if anyone else had been playing the game. Literally no one else was playing it. So I decided the milk run was the best way to handle it.
Average machine only makes about $16,000 a year for the owner. So I let them make their money and I just took a cut. I sandwiched my win between losses of other players. But still, eventually all the glitches got corrected, except this one machine I have left.
[vpFREE] Re: The 14%'er
Flush attack was 136% if you only played when the light was lit. It lasted a couple of years.
Note: I ran bad. Couldn't have made more than 134%.

Chandler, I did enjoy it. Their style is uber-entertaining. But I think I would
have still listened if I had to crawl across broken glass naked in the rain with
Mickey on my back.
This is potentially life altering info for those that grok it. It's
entertainment factor is in my opinion secondary to it's valuable knowledge
content.
Got anything else for me?
You're 1 for 1 on my best recommendations list.

[vpFREE] The 14%'er
Rob my old buddy Al is gonna be up Montana way here in about a week and a half. We're gonna take a little road trip of about two weeks. Along the way we are gonna stop at a little 20 machine Mom & Pop casino. I still have one machine left on the 14% play. I'm a dinosaur. I still haven't upgraded to a camera phone. But Al has one. If the play is still there I'm gonna get him to take a picture so I can post it up on vpFREE. Just so everyone will know I'm not blowing smoke.
You can only bet 50 cents per hand and crank out 1000 games per hour. This is what the money odds look like.
5 Aces........1200+ 1% meter
Royal Flush....800
4 Natural Aces........300+ 1% meter
5 of a Kind...250
Natural Aces Full of Anything....200+ 1% meter
Wild Royal.....200
Straight Flush....50
Four of a Kind....25
Full House.......9
Flush........5
Straight.....4
3 of a Kind...1
Two Pair.....1
In this game you'll come off with the Natural Aces Full about every 925 games. That's what makes this payscale so strong. The sweet thing about this play is you could chop he Royal Flush, 5 of a Kind, and Joker Royal right off the paytable and still have a 7% edge.
I've been milking this one particular machine for over 3 years.
[vpFREE] Re: Welcome Home Brother
What I meant was, ever since you brought that beer up wherever it was, I found it and it's now my favorite.
No grudges either way. Except for the no sales tax law in Montana. Every time I buy a car here I send 4 or 5 figures down the drain.

Not really. I have this huge character flaw, Rob. Try as I might, it's just very hard for me not to forgive someone. I just don't hold grudges. That includes you too. God forbid that I should leave this planet with even one enemy. And if anyone catches me over on FREEvpFREE buttin' heads with Rob, please drive up here to Montana and slap the hell out of me!
