Here is an excerpt from an upcoming blog I'm working on:
New Noir Tier Information
From their Web site, here is their tier levels:
Tier Level is determined by your total number of accumulated Tier Credits as follows:
a.. Sapphire – Up to 24,999 Tier Credits
b.. Pearl – 25,000 Tier Credits
c.. Gold – 75,000 Tier Credits
d.. Platinum – 200,000 Tier Credits
e.. NOIR – By invitation only
You will notice that there is no longer any number beside Noir. It used to be one million, but recently that number was taken down. If you ask a hundred employees what the new requirement is you will get a hundred answers. Maybe it depends on your actual or theoretical loss? If so, that means if you play "good" video poker games, you may never play enough to be "invited." There doesn't seem to be exact property-wide requirements, and it is almost impossible to find out specific property guidelines. The slot club personnel almost never have an answer. Even the hosts don't seem to know or aren't allowed to tell you. Google "MGM Noir tier" and you will find a lot of discussion on this subject.

In my opinion MLife doesn't cut the mustard any location . It isn't the host . Their hands are tied .

Subject: [vpFREE] Host at MGM
Please Help!!
We are looking for a decent host at MGM Grand Las Vegas. Our "assigned" host is very disappointing.
We reached Noir level about a month ago.. Mentioned that to my "host" number of times.. Nothing.. Do I need to "beg" to get approved for Noir? Still did not get approved..
We never got an invitation to any events. I find hard to believe that there was not a single event for a past 8-10 months.
After playing for several months, one day, asked for comp to Shibuya (we put 200K through that day). Got $100 comp with the comment that he is doing a big favor. Really??? We like to play at MGM Grand, but simply can not deal with this guy.. Please help!
