I see that you're receiving the vpFREE forum posts in digest form.
I don't like that format either. It's too confusing.

You can switch to getting individual emails from this group. Or just
read the messages on the vpFREE Yahoo Group site. Either would
be preferable to the digest.

I also had trouble redeeming these in the store. I ended up using them at Walmart.com with no problem at all. One caveat: I bought an item at Walmart.com provided by a third party vendor. When the item was delivered damaged, Walmart refused to help-their site states that the customer must deal directly with the vendor. I would stick to ordering items that can be picked up at the store and prepaid online.
