I usually play at Red Rock and get offers that are good for Red Rock
or Green Valley. I have gotten some comp offers recently for the
Palms also, but I have never played there.

I think the comp offers differ greatly based on what sex you are. I
play 90% more than my husband yet our comp offers are about the same.
We are from out of town. Based on experience, if you are female about
10K coin in a day will get you comp rooms anytime you want. They are
much less liberal with food comps.

Different Station casinos will comp room, food, and beverage at
different coin in. In past years I played a lot at Sunset and Palace
and had everything comped.

The coin in at all properties will link to your one slot club account.

[vpFREE] throwing away royal flushes

 

On gamblingwithanedge.com, Grosjean says he throws away royals on UTH to avoid the paperwork hassle and keep playing. On video poker machines you can't throw away royals because traditionally on slots the machine locks up on top jackpots, but you can play max-non-royal-strategy to minimize royals and maximize the other hands and then have a friend or streetperson take the paperwork for a nominal fee when the inevitable royals come. The same problem occurs on video poker machines as in UTH, casinos like to backoff customers who hit royals, basically they are sore losers. So, avoid the tracking cards and come back another day. Casino games aren't played in isolation, they are played in casinos, and almost always the quirky practices of the casino changes optimum strategy.
