Totally deleting one's slot account seems a little extreme. On average they offer one point multiplier day a month. The best game they offer is NSUD, so one day a month I could play $2 NSUD with a 3c per hand advantage. Wow! I'll admit I've played $1 9/6 JoB SpinPoker, but the EV is lower and they have the turbo disabled.

Michael Gaughan advertises on Bob's show "Gambling with an Edge" and pays for his video poker classes where I believe one is about maximizing slot clubs. Both good things for a casino owner to do. This is why I'm surprised that his casino is so aggressive against winning players for such small stakes and their philosophy against ANY unprofitable customers. I wonder if Mr Gaughan is still very hands on with the casino or if lower management is taking over. In his last interview on GWAE he seemed to have trouble speaking. I see on Wikipedia that he is 73.

Dotty's is probably the best place to play video poker now in Nevada. Churchill had a great wit. I was my understanding that the woman in question was a member of parliament. Churchill didn't like women in politics. He went around and around with this woman. Another time she told him before parliament that if she were married to him she would put poison in his tea. Churchill's reply was "If I were married to you I would drink it!"

The Sam's Town website now says they will have 7x points for video poker on Memorial Day.

Sams has touted how you can download the cash value of points you have earned on to the machine you are playing. This was treated the same as though you had put cash into the machine. NOW they have found another way to take advantage of people who do this. It is treated not as your cash but cash the casino gave you as free play. Thus, no points are earned as you play it through the machine, nor do you get points that increase the card score. If you want cash for your points you should go to the club and get the cash from them.

Seems like Sams is doing less and less for its customers who just want to play. Note how the only multiplier days in May are Sundays with 5x fpr both slots + VP. The mailer doesn't even show a multiplier for Memorial Day. Are they paying more attention to the customers of the Eastside Cannery, a block away, that they just purchased?
