Re: [vpFREE] Beatles/Cirque Love show question for those who've seen it XVP

I have to completely disagree. That's why there were empty seats up front. I've seen this show 6 times, and always the best vantage point for the show is anywhere in the middle. Don't get fooled by those who would be willing to sell you more expensive seats up front. Because of the nature of this show, with the abundance of above stage performance, you'll want to be back from the front, or you'll get a sore neck from looking up. Do see the show at any cost, it is so very worth it.

Choices seem to be section 101 - row A versus 203 row O.  The latter is less expensive, but that is not really the issue.  For those who have seen it - which do you think is a better view?

Many thanks,

[vpFREE] RE: Beatles/Cirque Love show question for those who've seen it XVP

Based upon my memory of when we attended a Love performance in 2006, I'd say the "sweet spot" is somewhere between those two seating options.  However, of the two, I think I'd definitely go for front row Section 101.

The nature of the theater is such that you don't want to be right on top of the stage.  Fortunately, Section 101 is one of the sections that are positioned back just a bit and likely affords a rather awesome vantage point in which to take in the show.

I don’t think there are any bad seats in this theater in the round, but I would personally sit a few rows back to get a wider perspective on the action. The show is really about the music and the amazing sound system. The acrobatics are more an illustration of the music than a show unto themselves, but that being said the roller-skating scene is one of my favorite of all the Cirque acts.

[vpFREE] RE: best VP

2x is worth 0.2%, 6x is worth 0.6%, 7x is worth 0.7%. Add that to your base game and you will get the total return of the games (99.93% for NSUD and 100.01% for deuces wild bonus or 99.74 for Jacks or Better, 99.05% or 99.15% for 9/5 JOB and 99.5% or 99.6% for pNSUD depending on whether they get 6x or 7x). Whether playing on the lower paying games will get you better comps is something I don't know but I would guess not since their system is not that sophisticated. I would just play the better games with 2x points. If you are over 50 years old you can get 5x points by playing on Wednesdays from 7am to 7pm which is a much better deal.

[vpFREE] best VP

which is better to do when considering a video poker pay table

i am sapphire and get 2X and normally play                NSUD at 99.73 or deuces wild double bonus at 99.81 or jacks at 99.6

however the gold coast had a promo  in feburary where you could play a lesser pay table (9/5 jacks 98.45, pNSUD 98.9)  for 6X and 7X
which is the better deal
i am not a local so i like to build up my comps to help pay for meals

There was an explanation about the Wicked Spoon omission is the Las Vegas Advisor Today's News section.  Apparently it's a perk for United Airline flyers.

Too bad.
