[vpFREE] Harrah’s Tahoe Multipliers

 

I see Harrah's Tahoe has 3X points on Thursdays. According to their rules:

Reward Credits issued per guest per promotional period not to exceed 100,000.

Does this mean you can play 50k points and get 100k points added or does it mean you can only earn 33,333 points and get 66,666 points added. I'm guessing the later since it doesn't refer to 100k bonus points, although "Reward Credits issued" kinda sounds like bonus points.
