It is 250,000 points for locals to reach Emerald also.

I am fairly sure that it is 6 months for locals and I think it is 150,000 points for Emerald. If you are out of state and have a destination casino as your home casino then you have 12 months and have to earn 250,000 points. The destination casinos are the 3 downtown properties. The  other Boyd properties in Las Vegas are considered locals casinos.

I really wasn't posting anything new here.  Management has been protecting that bank of machine from advantage players for years.  I heard years ago they would tell players not to play progressives there.  With their current aggressive tactics toward video poker players, I would expect worse treatment now.

There were only four players on the bank when I posted yesterday.

For me it was the opposite. My destination host said I had to be reimbursed by my dominant property, which my host at my dominant party took care of.
