[vpFREE] DreamCard Return Question

Today I was as looking at some Deuces Wild DreamCard paytables. On all the machines I checked, the help screen said the dream card was issued 58% of the time. The Wizard of Odds article says it is issued 59% of the time on all Deuces Wild paytables. Odd because all of his returns are carried out to 4 decimal places so it doesn't sound like rounding. Did Action Gaming make a change since 2010 when this article was published? Dancer's 2009 articles on DreamCard appear to no longer be archived for reference.

Well of course they have all sorts of surveillance equipment, but if you think they are going through that to determine if you are an advantage player, my bet is that you are incorrect. I can just see them paying someone to watch you for hours to determine your skill level on a video poker machine. It's all computerised now. They feed the computer an algorithm of what they want to see and if you match it you get the offer. They keep changing the algorithms. More and more casinos, now care about your actual results as much as your theoretical if not more, and if you are a winner you may see your offers dropping , and getting excited over a win is not going to change anything. I've been playing a long time and I still get a little excited when I get a hand pay, and I still tip when I get a hand pay. It makes zero difference in how the casino treats me.

You are being watched all the time, and now they have audio as well.
