[vpFREE] Bounce back at Plaza, Downtown Grand, and South Point

Can anyone give me any details on marketing offers at these three casinos. Usually play about 6k a day, and would like to know about room and dining $ sent out.

Thanks!

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.

[vpFREE] Re: Pinnacle anyone

It was more CZR Vs Pinnacle. I can see where you would take Boyd over Pinnacle.

I don't live near a property in either system so a mailer is not that of a plus for me. I would have to play heavy on the multiplier days. The higher club levels looked more interesting that the CZR system. I was never big on their events or giveaways at CZR. I liked the sound of $500 for airfare or the car lease that Pinnacle does or even the PR accommodations before that became problematic.. There used to be a lot of active 7 Star posters here I wondered if there were any Pinnacle Owners level or other high level card holders that might share their thoughts.

I live 2 hours from AC. The Borgata is the place but I hate the drive and they are not bus friendly. I also like the Boardwalk to walk along but the VP has been bad for years.

Re: [vpFREE] Slot wins shouldn't be taxable.. Here's why.

Nope, gambling winnings are still tax free in Canada. If you win the lottery in Canada they hand you a check for the full amount take your picture and tell you to have a nice day.

Hi all,

In 2002 I went to Canada,  Niagara Falls.   Friend of mine hit $4000 on VP.  Attendant came with jackpot
win....4  $1000 bills.  No paper work.   I was there and asked  attendant ,  "Does he have to sign or pay taxes on  the win?"   Lady paying win indicated ,  "Here we believe U already paid taxes on the money  played
in machine. With slots we know that in long run  casino is only winner."  Not exact quote, but it's  close.
I remember the year because I drove to Canada the first week I had my first Jeep.   I really liked that
Grand Cherokee. I have had others.

By now some government official from Canada may have discovered a new way to get $$$.  Canada
may be collecting tax on win now??

Cheers...Jeep

[vpFREE] Re: Pinnacle anyone

Boyd doesn't seem as concerned about full paytable VP as most other casino operators as long as it doesn't exceed 100% payback.  On those games they generally reduce the points by half.  They also don't generally offer demons above $1.  Many if not most of their current properties offer some version of fullpay VP.  So my guess is they will keep the few 9/6-8/5 machines currently at Ameristar-St Louis.

I'm more interested is seeing if they do anything with the VP inventory at the current Ameristar-KC.  I think it is somewhat unlikely they would improve paytables that are already there and being played with abandon, but if they did offer some 9/6 Jacks or 8/5 Bonus fullpay they would have the only playable VP in the city.  Which I'm sure would generate some interest.
