I have heard some details but not from official sources - so I can't verify them. It seems all 18 casinos will be using the same card and everyone will have to get new ones. Also the point system and tier system is changing but I'm not sure of those details.

When is it? They are bringing out a new slot club system on the 15th, with
new cards.

[vpFREE] Little Buddah
Little Buddah at Palms now closed Monday and Tuesday, my favorite restaurant! Couldnt they at least put a closed sign up? We waited to eat, then it was closed. It seemed strange that it closed now, since business has picked up from the lows of the recession.
They have the best sushi in town, extremely fresh, and excellent seafood and other choices. We have taken many people there and everyone thought the food was great.
At least I hit a royal today while playing! Yippie. Also got some crummy gifts. Husband and wife cannot combine gift points together.
[vpFREE] Is Stations still giving locals multiple point days.
I am not a local, but am asking for someone that is. Is Station still giving out 5X, 6X, 7X and so on multiple point days? Last year in they had gotten 2 months of mulitples almost every day. Is it based on play or did they stop the practice.
Thanks for an info.
OH, as a non local, I get 1 3X day every month.

Yeah, you do have to do it for each property on Boyd's website. FYI, Station has a resort fee of $15 over the room rate, Boyd's are $3-$5
[vpFREE] Re: I am at L'auberge du lack in Lake Charles, LA
EE,
A lot has definitely changed there but again it's hard for me to truly determine what since I am normally a table player and this time i only played VP. During my visit I had about $16,000 coin in so I'm curious to see what kind of bounce back i receive. They have been pretty good in the past (based on my table play) about giving me bounce back always in the form of cash.
That being said i know that 16k is not a huge amount compared to most VP players.

[vpFREE] Re: Harrah's Backrooms and Trespasses 86 year old Great Grandmother
This needs more discussion. It's troublesome.
My wife and I have not had this issue. When gambling at $5 or above machines, we take turns on one machine. Is Harrah's (and other venues), going to 86 us for doing that?
I could say it may be more of an anti-Marriage issue on behalf of a suit. Maybe they had a bitter divorce? Counseling may be needed.
It's makes no economic sense but could be a consequence of allowing essentially a monopoly in many gambling venues.

How strictly they enforce this rule probably varies by casino and by personnel involved. You seem to have experienced the extreme end of the rule enforcement. A while back, at another HET property, a security guard appeared from nowhere and asked me why I was playing on someone else's card. I pulled out the card and told him something like "I guess I put my wife's card in by mistake". I didn't get 86'd or anything like that, but he told me I had to quit playing on her card right then, which I did. This happened after literally years of playing on my wife's card (and vice versa) with no problems at all. I have also heard of people recently getting barred from HET casinos by getting caught running their spouses free play.

[vpFREE] NO CENTRAL BOOKING FOR STATIONS/BOYD CASINOS, I GUESS
Hi all, making the pilgrimmage in December, right after the NFR leaves town, so I'll have lotsa places to stay and play on the cheap...will have offers from most of the Boyd non-downtown properties, and perhaps the odd Station one (where comps seem harder to get, but VP is generally better, or at least they were last December)...anyhow have been to their websites, and downloaded the bconnected app, but there doesn't seem to be one central number to say, for example, "OK how about 2 nights at Sam's, 3 at Orleans, 2 at Gold Coast, 3 at MSS?" and get it done in one shot--seems I have to book everything separately, even within hotel groups.
Any feedback would be appreciated...
