I have been told that they look at your history going back a few years and
if you have had any constant success against them, this is how they love you
more !!!!
---Stations just love locals. South Point is the one who "loves you more!"
LOL.

I spoke to Dan today and he is no longer at GVR. He has a new cell phone and email address which is below. He would like to hear from some of his old friends on this list.

Jack, I had another question for you that I forgot to ask. Would you mind telling us what kind of mailers they had been sending you before they gave you the boot? I know the new slot club they have is not that old and I assume they only recently no-mailed you. What kind of bounceback and/or multipliers were they giving you for your action at dollar NSUD before they cut you off?
thanks,
-BB

When I had my face to face meeting with the director .she indicated that
they were looking at several years of play, and the No Mail decision was
made because I had consistantly beat them at their own games, and my
recent losses were not considered, The motive for starting this thread was
to warn other VP players so they can adjust their play as necessary.
Beware stations players , If they realize you are down a substantial
amount they will make it almost impossible to recover your losses!

I'm not sure why people are getting on Revel's case. This type of promo doesn't come along every day. Why the need to denigrate the place at every turn? Let's give them a chance, and if it implodes because of players gaming the system then how is that Revel's fault. The notion that innocents are somehow getting the short end because of other's actions just doesn't add up.
The person playing there that I know has been playing dollar and above. He's staying in the area with a relative presumably until he either wins his goal, or ends up behind X dollars by the end of the month....or until they pull the plug.

I agree with you.
If these people were treated unfairly and it went unaddressed, NJ would make the remaining casinos look suspect.
There does seem to be some hating going on about this promotion and the casino in general.

As a former Union rep it has a familiar sound to me. The ones yelling the loudest sometimes have missing details from their story and the mistreated ones just cower away unheard.

Saying certain players are being ousted isn't true since basically everyone playing slots at Revel this month can be classified as an AP. And if the casino is already eliminating freeplay from the losers then it can only be because they aren't playing by the rules. Otherwise, there'd be no reason to have this promotion.

That's interesting. I have a question, then. What do you think they would do if you had been playing only low theo games for the last few years and still managed to win? Say for instance, you had been playing 7-5 Bonus Poker ONLY and had still defied the odds and been way ahead? Or perhaps you were playing 7-5 Bonus Poker progressives and were way ahead? I wonder if they would still no-mail a player doing that.
Also, I wonder if the size of the action would matter. Would a dollar player be scrutinized more than a quarter player? In fact, could a quarter player fly under the radar?
