I, for one, do NOT see the weird characters when I read Scot's messages on
Yahoo.com.

Thanks Gamb00ler for researching this problem and finding a correct solution.
Those who are composing their vpFREE posts with Outlook Express and
have "Smart Quotes" turned on will have a lot of weird characters
appear in their posts. Those who get individual emails from vpFREE
probably see nothing wrong, but most if not all those who read the
Group messages on the web will see these characters.
Instructions for Outlook Express users to turn off the characters
(Smart Quotes) are in the link above in the last paragraph of
Annoyance No. 9.

Thanks for posting that link, Gamb00ler. Now, it is obvious that the
problem is definitely with your computer settings, not Scot's message.
Because, the message is perfectly fine.

*****Scott, do you know if the. P machines at rincon are set to allow double up? ****
Assuming you meant to type VP machines, I am there today and have not seen the feature on any of the machines I have played or witnessed other people playing.

LVA Question of the Day - 15 SEP 2012
Q: For years Rosemary's was our favorite restaurant. We made
a point of dining there once every trip despite the long
trek from The Strip. Is there any news, or even rumors,
about the owners starting something new? We really miss the
place.
