The probability of whiffing while holding KQJT suited is 48.9% if you tossed an offsuit 2-8 or ten and 51.1% otherwise (omitting tossing a flush 9, which wouldn't occur in most non-wild, non-progressive games, or tossing the flush A).  Doing this 10 consecutive times yields odds of around 1269 to 1 in the former case (with 24 of the possible 5th cards) and around 829 to 1 (with the other 22 possible 5th cards).  A weighted average of the probabilities yields odds of about 1012 to 1 against 10 whiffs.  But to get this opportunity, you must be dealt KQJT suited in the first place.

If you hold trips in deuces wild, you get back trips 801 out of 1081 times, 74.1%.  Doing this on all 10 hands of 10-play yields odds of about 19 to 1 against.
 

Also, one gets the KQJT hold only 184 times out of 2,598,960, about once in 14,125 hands.  One is dealt 3 of a Kind (with no deuces) about one hand in 61.5.  If you also consider hands which hold a natural pair and a deuce, which have the same possibilities as holding a natural 3 of a kind, this occurs about one hand in 9 in deuces wild.

So, we could get the KQJT whiff picture only about one time in 14,304,803 deals.  The unimproved trips in deuces wild occurs once per 1232 deals considering only natural trip holds, once per 180 deals if you include the holds with a single deuce.

I was playing 10 play Deuces Wild a few days ago and started and ended
with 3 of a kind on all 10 hands. Isn't that about as unlikely?

No, No ---there is no 8/5 Bonus at the Hard Rock Tampa.  It is 7/5 even at the $2.00 level.
I also disagree with the writer's opinion that the rooms are very nice.  To me, they are merely adequate, nothing special.

I have been to the Hard Rock in Tampa several times. It is a new and nice casio. The VP payback is similar to that on the Strip in Las Vegas.
The $2 games have 6/9 JOB and 5/8 Bonus.

The rooms are very nice and if your play is similar to Harrahs Diamond, the comps are very good. Free rooms, free events, cash back and food credit.

I prefer to go the the Hard Rock in Hollywood, FL because they have good VP for $1 players and our host takes very good care of us.
