Yep – that's what they did. Now I know they are trying to drive me crazy so
I will retire and quit bugging casinos!!!!!

I may be old and a little crazy – but I copied and pasted this from their
"new" rules just a few days ago:

...is valid at the following three (3) participating properties: Main Street
Station, California and Fremont every Wednesday beginning March 1, 2017
through December 27, 2017. Participants at the California, Main Street
Station and Fremont must be local residents with an 890 or 891 zip code
address.

[vpFREE] NCL To Increase Service Charges

 

Norwegian Cruise Line is adjusting its daily service charges, effective April 1.  The new rates for all ships, except Norwegian Sky, are:
  • $13.99 per person per day for any category up to a mini-suite stateroom (currently $13.50).
  • $16.99 per person per day for any suite or Haven category (currently $15.50).
Any guest who makes a booking by March 31 will have the option of prepaying these service charges at the current rate if done prior to sail date.  Guests with existing cruise reservations who already have pre-paid their service charges at the current rate are not affected.

I was at the Fremont in Feb/ and they gave the non-locals the YAH promotion, however the rules indicated that.  As you showed us the new rules eliminate the promotion for non locals!  I used your link to read them.  Thank you for the info.

Right – I gave the link for the "uptown" properties. However, I did give
the right information which I got from the right link. Hey, it's late – or
more accurately – early in the morning – I guess a 50% accuracy rate is not
all bad – just half bad!!!

Hope someone with an out-of-town address can give me personal experience at
the Fremont!!!
