The promotional post 6 month rule refers to member initiated
announcements.

Informative posts responding to vpFREE inquiries aren't
considered to be promotional posts subject to the 6 month
rule, if done unobtrusively and in moderation.

Hardly. I do not feel the need to promote my products in every post. The vast majority of vpFREE participants who are ever going to buy my products have already done so. Reminding them constantly is likely annoying --- and doesn't gain me anything in the process.

If you check back on my posts, you'll find I list when my classes are being held each semester, but rarely do I mention what I sell. If you check Dan's posts, you'll see a very high percentage of them are about promoting his products.

What bothers me is that there is now a rule on vpFREE that limits sellers of products to one post every six months publicizing their wares. Dan regularly flouts that rule, seemingly with impunity. If that is allowed, why have the rule?

I guess I owe Dan an apology. I posted recently that the only reason he posted on vpFREE was to sell his software. I was wrong.

[vpFREE] Re: BOULDER STATION

Ed, the Fiesta and Stations players cards were merged a few years ago. Take your cards to any slot club there and they will combine them for you so you can then use Fiesta points at Boulder Station or any Station or Fiesta casino.

Station hosts are pretty tight with room comps. You'll have better luck getting room offers for future visits. Look for them in the mail or online awhile after your visit.

From: "nenapapa@aol.com

WILL BE COMING TO LV SOON WAS WONDERING WHAT IT TAKES TO GET ROOM COMPS AT
BOULDER STATION ? A LSO CAN YOU USE YOUR FIESTA POINTS FOR FOOD ETC. AT
BOULDER . . THANKS ED

Westgate.
Team 9-ball.
We won our city 9-ball championship and will be competing in the Nationals. I will be there 12-17 this month.

The info sheet says "No Gambling", but I think it means "no gambling on the pool games", though the wording isn't clear.

They also are attempting a dress code. We shall see how that flies. People today run around in flip-flops and torn jeans. Even in church.

I enjoy full-pay deuces wild. Hard to find dollar FPDW machines.

Thanks, everyone, for the leads on strategy cards sources.

I'm in Las Vegas about twice a year competing in pool tournaments.

Some years ago, I had a few laminated wallet-sized cards listing optimal strategy hold patterns for a few video poker games. Are those still available anywhere?

There's nothing quite so nice as a good sales opportunity.

My cue cards are still available. You can get them from RGE Publishing
or directly from me. They still only 4.00 each. My web site is down
temporarily, but write to me directly for information.
