[vpFREE] What play prompted Rampart to back you off?

Would anyone who was backed off at Rampart care to share what a typical
month of play looked like for you?

What was too much for them to handle?

How do you know that he 'sold' the information back to the casino(s)?

Be very careful when talking to Bob.
I experienced a somewhat similar situation many years ago and in my 'oh my it is bob dancer' euphoria I told him all about the best plays in my area and he 'sold' them back to the casino(s) as his expertise and 'oh my' the best plays disappeared.

thanks bob

[vpFREE] Re: M-life equivalent of caesars's diamond? (& DIAD)

I'm no expert on the Mlife program, but I'll take a stab at this
hoping others will correct and add to what I write.

I don't think there's anything equivalent to DIAD at the MGM
properties. And no free shows just for having a certain card level,
but you can get show tickets by using either Express Comps or the
additional comps you can get from a host.

The qualifying period for the card levels is Oct 1 - Sept 30 and
whatever card level you earn during that year is good till Sept 30 of
the following year. For example, whatever status you earn during
10/1/12-9/30/13 will be good through 9/30/14.

You probably already looked at the tier benefits for each card level,
so you already know which ones get line passes and priority valet
service and restaurant reservations. If not they are here
https://www.mlife.com/pages/tier_benefits_las_vegas.html

Overall, I'd say that the Las Vegas MGM properties have better video
poker than the Caesars properties, so you should have no problem
finding games to play at $1 or higher.

RE: [vpFREE] Re: met Bob Dancer yesterday

Took Bob's classes and learned a lot. Met Bob at the Hard Rock and I asked a couple questions and he couldn't have been nicer.

I've become the gambler I am because of him and Jean Scott.

I can't thank them enough.

I appreciate the kind words from all three posters in this thread.

I used to be regularly trashed on this forum. While the biggest trasher was eventually banned from the site, I haven't changed much (other than I now do the radio show). For some reason now I get mostly positive attention rather than negative. I'm not sure why this is --- but it certainly is a lot more pleasant for me..

[vpFREE] Re: met Bob Dancer yesterday

For all the years we know Bob (around 10 years)... Not only that his CP
articles got us an inspiration to learn video poker at first place, not
only that he is fun to talk to, not only that his books are great (we
strongly recommend "Sex Lies and Video Poker" series). He also never
hesitated to give a good advise or help if needed. Although for some reason
it feels like we had much better luck when his articles had a finish line:
" Now go out and hit a Royal Flush"... ):

[vpFREE] The Passing of Host Barbara Gonzales-Dent

Just received the news of the death of Barbara Gonzales-Dent, one of our all-time favorite hosts. I believe she first was at the Stratosphere and then more recently at New York New York. She had been fighting cancer for many months and showed such a positive attitude the whole time.

She was the kind of host that every player loves, always working hard to get the best for each of us.
