I've only played about 15,000 hands on the game, its fun, but my average
quad is only about $160. TC is offered at casinos that have full pay $1 10/7
, so you'd only play TC for fun and the DB for serious coin. It hurts when
you get $140 for quad 2/3/4/A where in bonus poker it'd be a lot better

Note: $3 per point on Treasure Chest while 9/6 JOB is $1 per point is a good indication that Treasure Chest is a strong game. Perhaps those of you who play the game could pool your quad stats to get a better idea of the payback. An average $184 quad would put the game at 100%.

I went to the club booth and talked to a supervisor about it and she verified with me that some video poker there was indeed $3 coin in per point. She told me that it was because they had some machines that paid back 99%. (I did not inform her that 9/6 JOB and 8/5 Bonus poker also returned more that 99%.) I did check one of their two .25 JOB machines and points on it were at $1 per point.

[vpFREE] Thoughts about Reno
It seems strange that from my personal experience and the post I have read that "the big three" (Peppermill, Atlantis, and Silver Legacy) have cut back on the comps and payouts at about the same time. I used to get four nights comped in the Tuscan suites at the Pmill and 150 in free play. I have been cut back to 2 nights in a tower room and 20 in "resort credit".
Also, the Pep and Atlantis cut the pay table on the video blackjack from 3 for 2 to 2 for 1 for a blackjack. The Atlantis kept the pay table the same on the full pay circular bank. Why they cut the pay table on a game that returns less than 100% for perfect play mystifies me.

The player chooses one of these chests, which then displays the payout. At the 25c level, the payouts range from 140, 180, 250, 500 or 4796 coins ($1199). At the $1 level, the payouts are the same except that the top prize is 5000 coins (dollars). As you might guess, the most frequently seen payout is 140 coins.

If anyone knows the payback % of Treasure Chest they are not telling. There were some posts made a few years back on the game. I'll try to dig them up.

Wow! Nice job on the $1199 hit! Glad to see they do exist... What do you estimate the average prize is, and the expected total payback?
I'd be interested in the coupons, too.

There was a separate sitting room with a table, couch, two armchairs, and a buffet with fridge. The bed was very comfortable in a separate room with two armoires. The bathroom was two areas with a tub and separate changing area, but the shower head was made for somebody 5" tall. The TVs! 17" tube TVs, two of them! Between the old TVs and no internet in the room, they really want you to spend time in other places.

I have to say that the MSS breakfast buffet was close to inedible. I asked for Orange Juice and not only was it from concentrate, it was almost fully concentrate. It was like drinking a thick orange-pulp-flavored slurpee. I had to order a water to pour into it.
