Re: [vpFREE] RE: Bob Dancer's LV Advisor Column - 19 NOV 2013

It's a matter of degree here.
While I personally wouldn't do it,
it was only coffee and a banana.

If they had pigged out on an expensive
buffet the same way...

No doubt everyone lies from time to time. But I doubt that everyone with plenty of money steals food.  Just seems sad....

Another great trip report from you - enjoy reading them and feel like I'm right along side of you every inch of the way. B

Hi NOTI:
Unlike some other folks, Hedy and I are not really overly concerned with our "national trip average."
We fiercely protect our trip average at our home property (Harrah's Atlantic City) but when we travel to other CET venues such as Vegas, New Orleans, Tunica etc. we don't really worry about our level of play. Sometimes we play a little, sometimes we play a lot ... whatever we're comfortable doing. That hasn't affected our offers at Harrah's AC, it seems, so we're OK with that methodology.
We still get decent mailings from these other properties (although not as juicy as they were in years past) so we pick and choose when we want to make a visit. It's just our way of doing things and has proved successful in the past.

Aren't you worried about the damage this trip has done to your trip average?

Re: [SPAM][vpFREE] Free Vegas show discount club

This is good info, MissCraps.  The 2-for-1 special expires November 30.  One additional important detail:  I believe you have to have a local address to join.

They do have the same program in
 arizona |

My friend passed on info on the discount (pretty much free) club he is in.

Note if you do book shows and cancel you have to pay a fee.  Otherwise the shows are really free.  Usually they are the small shows downtown or in other venues.

1-      Website is www.houseseats.com

2-      Price of $89/year includes 1 or 2 free seats per show

3-      They are currently running a limited time promotion giving you TWO years for $89.

4-      Tickets become available 1-4 days before performance date
