[vpFREE] Vegas player lounges?

 

Hello group,

I'm from the East Coast and I'm familiar with CET's format of diamond lounges, where they offer complete meals, literally "from soup to nuts". I understand Vegas diamond lounges aren't as generous. Could any Las Vegas locals or frequent visitor possibly steer me in the right direction towards obtaining similar information re Vegas player lounges?

Also, does anyone have additional information or a link to a comparison of the numerous Vegas player clubs. IIRC, Mark Las Vegas had something in the past related to this.

The Plaza recently improved games, after having mutilated them in July
2013, shortly after the inception of their poorly thought-out royal
flush bonus payment promotion. With that promotion gone, the pressure
to offer only bad games is gone, it seems.

Now available: 100.17% 10/7 DB, 99.76% 10/6 DB+, 25 cts.-$1; get NO
pts. or comps. 99.64% 9/6 BDlx, 99.54% 9/6 JOB, 25 cts.-$1, Omaha Bar,
etc. 99.17% 8/5 BP, 99.11% 9/7 DB, 98.98% 9/6 DDB, 25 cts.-$5. 99.07%
12/9 DJW, 98.91% 15/9 Ugly Ducks, 25 cts.-$1. (All single line.)

$3 coin in=1 pt., 1250 pts.=$5 (0.133%), cash at cage 1:1 for King &
Ace cards (daily limit often waived), free play, OR comps; PLUS separate
comp balance, ask booth or a host, accrual rate unclear, but it has been
pretty generous in the past. For Ace cards. points are now only doubled
on reels, not VP, CONTRARY to what brochure said as of this past summer,
at any rate. Also on the minus side, this point accrual rate is down
from what it once was.

In the past, rooms have been an easy comp, and they have given good free
play mail offers based on substantial play. Rooms are nice. If they
like you enough, you might get an attractive little suite. (There are
more than one type of those.) Will the same generosity continue? Only
time will tell. Care to find out for us?
