[vpFREE] Re: Valley View Casino Warning

I would occasionally enter the drawings but purposely stay out of many of them. Either because I didn't care too much about the prize or because I might not want to stay for the entire event. Since I'm local, more or less, I usually did day trips there - drive up early, play, enjoy some food, play, then drive home. I seldom stayed there overnight.

I first started going to VV about four years ago. After establishing BC, my MP offers were similar to what you're getting now. $200 every 3-4 days. That and a handful of other negative changes started to occur in 2014.

did you attend the drawings ? We were guests in the hotel when D got the call, her check was waiting for her when we checked out two days later as he promised. I got a black card because I couldn't hit a royal there she never went above gold because she had few losing months despite being in the top 5 VP players in the place, well over 500k a month k in. We both got 200 nine xs a month even tho she was a gold card based on huge coin in I guess ? I got the extra 50 $$ a week tho that didn't help me, lol. At pala and barona I hit royals she cant book a winner, that's the way it goes in the short run. Keaton is our host too when Lenard left he introduced himself. Nice fella but we are at other places now.

Don't recall my monthly coin-in during the last quarter. My Moreplay offer for July was $250 roughly once every 10 days plus weekly $50 MP for Black Card holders. My August MP was upped to $250 four times during the month, redeemable approximately once a week. What were the offers for you destination folks?

If I don't receive a callback from Mike, I'll check back with VV in a week or so to inquire about my Moreplay credit and to ask about getting a win-loss statement from them early. Was D sent a check or have to go pick it up in person? It turns out that my host was Leonard G. prior to him leaving, when it then became Keaton. Good to know Leonard is at Pala now. I may have to re-establish there.

The slot attendant in my initial post here told me about D's experience. When you posted, I knew things sounded familiar!

LoL, I'm sure we can all guess who sent that email...and as far as I remember, "Bob Dancer" is retired..

My guess would have initials RS. I periodically get these "love notes" from him, although the ones to me are much worse than the one posted here.

I had no idea I was retired. I thought I taught classes, hosted a radio show, wrote articles, and averaged about 20 hours a week playing video poker. If you find out more details about my retirement, please let me know!

Bob

If it's still available, we love Million Dollar Quartet. Very talented group! We have seen it four times over the last couple of years. Even our son enjoyed it.

Re: [vpFREE] Re: Valley View Casino Warning

Hi, if they were worried about that they would have 86 me too right ? Plus we know and are in contact with many Cali local players who still play there obviously the players and employees know why we can no longer join them for dinner at VV etc. I assume your host was Lenard who is now at Pala. Clearly if they no mailed her and told her you can no longer earn entries for the drawings the problem is solved without making their regular players feel like suckers for being allowed to play. Why some casinos do what they do is very interesting especially when you hear it from the GMs who run the joints and get their point of view. In the case of Pauma the GM is very sharp and his actions weren't good for us but I respect what he said and what he did. As players regardless of how high you play or what level you play at all the players can ask for is full and fair disclosure, transparency, and honesty Pauma gave us that and we no longer play there. I never discussed VVs thinking with Mike or Bruce so I have no idea why they had to 86 her from the entire property for hitting two 20k royals in 5 weeks plus several other hand pays ? btw, after you hit the first royal did it occur to you to back off because you might hit again and get 86 ? I assume u were playing 16,10, 2s ?

Interesting to hear I'm still the subject of conversation on the San Pasqual Indian Reservation! Yes I got the "you did nothing wrong" speech too. I wonder if her trespass was because of the perceived closeness with the staff and the fear that she would speak negatively of the experience to them if allowed to return.

Obvious casino blunder, I got an email last month saying my casino host had left and I have been reassigned to a new casino host.

We stayed at VV very often over the past year and made many friends both players and employees. The coffee shop is a special place if you are a picky eater, which we both are, so we will miss that experience. The food servers , cooks, and managers and all tops in the industry, so they will be missed. btw, I heard about your experience from others at VV, both players and employees which is why I pushed D to BACK OFF and play dollars for a few months but she wouldn't. She has been hard luck at Barona and Pala, so VV money went to, other tribes !! lol.

Did they specifically state it was a full trespass? As I wrote before, following my two $10 Royals I had to sign a letter stating I would never gamble there again in order to redeem my points as cash back. They did tell me I was welcome to return to the property to use the hotel and restaurants.

Mornin, VV, deemed you a, non profitable player. Just wondering, what was your coin in per month and how much free play did they send you since you are a local CALI player unlike us ? If Mike doesn't give you your moreplay in a check I would be very surprised ? Call and ask him.

No. But there was no discussion about it either. All that Mike said was that after their last quarterly player's account review, because of my strong play I was no longer welcome to play slots at Valley View. No mention about any other forms of gaming. I then asked about receiving my Moreplay (remembering your conversation with VV) and was told no, but then Mike asked how much I had. I said "less than $500" and he said he would check on it and get back to me. I'm not expecting to receive that call. After that, the call ended. At this point, I don't care if I'm fully barred from Valley View. It's over 100 miles one way for me to get there from home. Even if they allow me non-gaming access, I won't travel all that way to take them up on it, especially if I have to pay full price for everything.
