Right, thats kind of a loaded question. Since this group is sponsored
by "vpfree" I'm sure she can see the games list, if not click home and see casinos. I like El Cortez for room, food, free play offers
if you like the games there and have limited sense of smell (like I do due to allergies and an old smoking habit I no longer have). I also heart Four Queens. Most others I can't comment on, being mainly a
Reno player. Don't forget the WAX bus, 2 bones from the airport to downtown. Clean, quick and painless. It also has a stop at suncoast,
good cheapo vp there too.

It depends what you mean by the "best". You might want to try El Cortez,
Fremont, Four Queens, Fitzgeralds, Binions, California, or Main Street
Station. The Plaza is opening up soon, you might want to scout over there
also.

Re: [vpFREE] VP Downtown
There is a bank of 10/7 DB progressives at Four Queens. I don't know if its the absolute best for quarters, but the cash back rate is pretty good. Also, I've never had a problem getting a seat.

RE: [vpFREE] Re: NOLA couple
We were in NOLA earlier this year and the lady told my wife they has been on the same machine for 18 straight days and left without hitting a royal. I guess if I owned a casino I would indulge them.
After the trip referred to above we were back in NOLA again and they were there. They hit a royal for over 5K and one for $4,800 and then left town.
The last two 7* events had a rule where machines could not be taken out of service. There was one event a few years ago where there were so many machines out of service there was no place to play.
Don't know what the rules will be this year.

Yes, the wife is Asian. The husband usually has sunglasses and wears a
jacket. We've seen them there often as well. We've been told they will stay
there and tie up one machine day and night until they hit the progressive.

[vpFREE] LVA Question of the Day - 17 AUG 2011
LVA Question of the Day - 17 AUG 2011
Q: I will be in Las Vegas at the beginning of October for a
week's stay, which will be with family members out by the
Santa Fe casino. I´ve played a little Texas hold ´em online,
but have never played in a live game and would like to try.
Are there any casinos that have beginner tables, or even
better, offer lessons like they do for blackjack and craps?
