Re: [vpFREE] Re: Revel's Loss Rebate

No I wouldn't....at least not one so far away. To me, there's no difference going to the Peppermill for instance, for some play with no promotion, or to Revel for this loss rebate. And that's because I don't ever play expecting to lose. But if such a promo ever became available in a nearby casino and I were going to play anyway, that's the casino I'd visit.

If you were in AC right now would you play the promo?

Re: [vpFREE] Re: Revel's Loss Rebate

I don't agree with it or like it, just saying a skilled table games player playing within the rules is used to the treatment. The cocktail waitress example hasnt happened and its not a direct comparison. I hope that those who played it honestly and got screwed are reimbursed, but I don't think it's likely that gaming would rule in their favor.

Re: [vpFREE] Re: Revel's Loss Rebate

Since when does "management" have "the right" to abrogate an
expressly-stated agreement with a customer.

If you place a bet on a blackjack table, the casino management does not
have "the right" to have the cocktail waitress swipe it off
the table, quoting it's "right" to do as it pleases.

Well, until Mississippi changes their state laws, which they won't, because > 100% long-term return is also illegal, this is simply the the best you can really do in that state. Being that there were already people scamming $100 rebate programs, I doubt anyone was surprised that people would try to scam a $100,000 rebate program.
