[vpFREE] Re: Video Keno an Advantage Play???

"...the gaming public wants more skill elements in their gaming while the casinos try to remove all skill elements"

That is definitely true, but the combined experience and knowledge shared by the venerable members of this group shifts the percentages back to our favour!

Back to the original part of the post, since there aren't any progressive keno games in the jurisdictions I referred to, my friend obviously was just VERY lucky in the short term. We'll have to see his results NEXT year!!

Thanks again--will have to get back to NV to check these machines out, though!!

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.

There are Spielos in Nevada, I don't think I've seen the other ones you mention though. Seems like Nevada is slow to adopt machines other than IGT and Bally's (which I think is now owned by IGT anyway).

Spielo's are cool, they usually have some skill elements, which supposedly the millenials like, but really who doesn't like some skill elements in their slots? There is a big conflict, the gaming public wants more skill elements in their gaming while the casinos try to remove all skill elements. The casinos that adopt games with more skill elements will obviously win more customers.

[vpFREE] Palms and Aliante Acquisitions

Station's acquisition of the Palms and Boyd's acquisition of Aliante are on the September agenda of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. This usually means they will get final approval later in September by the Commission.

I don't see anything on the September agenda about Boyd's acquisition of the Cannery and Eastside Cannery.

[vpFREE] Re: Trip on NCL Pearl (long)

Thank you for the very complete report. We are leaving today on the NCL Sun from Vancouver to Seward, a one-way Alaska cruise. We have done Alaska twice before, but on Princess (escorted cruise with Cosmopolitan and Holland America last September with a small group escorted by Carnival's casino dept head . We are both over the 250 cruise days with NCL and find your remarks on how they are going downhill so fast, really accurate. We have two unique cruses booked with NCL (32 day Nov/Dec far east & 21 day March/April middle east/Europe), but after those are over we will only be doing the most "free" of NCL's since they are so poor in service and over priced compared to the others.
