I was thinking to join the B connected club because I was
"no mailed" by Stations, Is this purging of VP players widespread?
I too broke no rules, The director of marketing told me I was being
no mailed because I was a  "skilled player" I was so "skilled" that I was
12K in the hole when it happened!

A few years ago Suncoast 86'd vp players who played during a 10x point promotion. A month or so ago they 86'd more players. All of them that I know were playing $2 9/6 bonus deluxe in the high limit room only on 7x point days. Seems a bit harsh to me to 86 (legally trespass) people who didn't break any rule or commit any crime.

[vpFREE] Report from G2E

 

I just got back from G2E Gambling and Gaming Expo in Vegas with all the new slots being shown.

It makes sense to me that tv shows like Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy went on to be successful slots. Shows with great characters like Wizard of Oz have had several good slots. Board games like Monopoly make sense as slots. But now it seems every tv show ever made is being made into a slot. True Blood slot machine? yep it is there. Really? One bonus round was "get Sookie's heart". -- it seemed far more bloodthirsty to me than romantic. Also saw Pawn Stars -- as you lose your money you can think about how you can get more money by pawning your watch.....yikes. Walking Dead --- they're coming to get you..... A little depressing isn't it?

Some tv shows just don't lend themselves to slots, no matter how popular the original show is.

I must say though that the improved graphics and lights and bonus rounds are making some of these new machines really fun to play. IronMan is up and running at the Gambling and Gaming Show and it is already in casinos -- I played it two days ago at the Gold Coast and it was mesmerizing.

And to keep players interested, older slots are being retooled with slightly different graphics and bonuses -- Wizard of Oz Ruby Slippers 2 replacing Wizard of Oz Ruby Slippers....

I am the monitor at the Majestic Star down the road in Gary IN from the Horseshoe Hammond IN.

They have a group of 16 machines (ten - 25c, six - 25c/50c/$1) that are $100 per point (Points are worth 1c for the two top tier cards and 1/2c for the bottom card.)

These games contain 20/10/6/5 Joker 2 Pair, 16/10 NSUD, 9/7 TDB, 9/6 Jacks and other 99%+ games.

Sure seems like overkill since playing Joker 2-pair perfect with a 0.1% rebate would not even be positive since all natural royals are subject to the IN 3.4% tax.
