They might check your credit score. They most certainly contact your bank to find out what kind of a balance you carry. They also probably check Central Credit in Las Vegas to get your local history with checks.

One question might be: does whoever grants the LOC make any credit inquiries on you, and can that potentially impact your credit score?

The ATM option can be fee-free if you establish an account at a no-branch bank. Typically these banks will reimburse any ATM charges you incur.

Or, depending on the casino, and your tier level with them, they may allow direct debits from your checking account and waive any of the usual fees.
Either, or both, of these options can give you access to fee-free cash directly at the casino without going through the process of establishing an LOC.

It cannot be emphasized strongly enough that there are no fees attached to the LOC. The ATM fees charged by the machines in casinos are absurdly high. Another reason to use an LOC.

I've made quite a few updates and additions to the AC Seven Stars Signature
Event Web site, so be sure to check it out. Access it from the Seven Stars

Much of this information you will find nowhere else. Caesars was supposed
to send an email to all attendees with advance information, but, so far,
