On GWAE Bob Nersessian said that his phone had been ringing off the hook by players who dumped money then were told they weren't eligible for the rebates. He said New Jersey lawyers were interested in the case and he would likely be a consultant to them if or when the case moved forward. He specifically referenced the Uston case as to why Revel had issues.

This is also the same place that "requires" you to spin off a hand pay.
I refuse, hit cash out and let them go through the 10 minute process of
having a slot attendant do it themselves. When I questioned one
attendant about this policy, she told me it was state law. Total BS.

Recently, at Horseshoe Southern Indiana, I forgot to take the picture
until just at the time the attendants arrived.

asked why...they said "casino policy - you need to take it before we get
here and that's fine. We just can't allow it once we're here".

If it doesn't work google "new York post revel", that worked for me. This is a huge class action lawsuit but it's done by the deceptive advertising grannies rather than the people that were banned from the promotion. More giant lawsuits are probably on the way.
