I have information which I'd be happy to share which will greatly increase your return. It is unique to Harrahs Rincon and pertains to their system, not game selection or strategy. Please email me privately prior to your trip if you are interested. There are some specific steps you will need to take before, during and after your trip.

[vpFREE] Online Multi-Strike Super Pays?

Does anyone know a good online gambling site that has the following?:

1. Multi-Strike Super Pay Video Poker (all in one game)
2. Honest games
3. Good odds
4. Swift payment without a penalty(I dislike paying a penalty to withdraw
my own money)?

Anyone? Anyone?

Thank You,

Bruce Stewart

[vpFREE] Caesars and Palms

I hear Mr. Maloof definitely wants to keep the Palms. Hope so. So maybe the rumors of sale are actually way off.

But really in my mind the question is why would Caesars want to take over the Palms? If they want a property that caters to locals or one that caters to the young nightclub crowd, they already have the perfect property to do that, The Rio. Make the Voodoo Lounge into more of a nightclub similar to Palms Moon. Hire some hip groups to fill the mostly unused or at least underused showroom (the one that formerly held the Scintas). Hire a couple of celeb chefs to upgrade a restaurant or two (Hamada of Japan just closed, so there is the space). Put in some locals gaming promos, rather than just 1/2 price buffets that bring in fAmilies, but not gamblers...for example big 5x points signs for reels, or locals cheap gifts for points such as Palms gives for swipes or Coast mailers have. Add a few half decent, if not downright decent VP machines, and promote them. Etc. So far their "locals" promos aren't splashy enough to really bring in the local gamblers. Just a couple of newspaper adds offering free bottles of wine for 100 pts or 5x points on reels for locals etc could spur them on. They could easily turn the Rio into a Palms clone if that is what they want of the Palms.

And if they want to turn the Palms into a clone of Harrahs Vegas properties...why bother? Doesn't make sense to me.

[vpFREE] Re: Best Randomness Analogy Contest

CONTEST ENTRY

TWO COUNTRY HICS AND PROBABILITY THEORY AT WORK

Jim Bob looks over at Billy Bob and says

"Wall, ya know, Billy Bob, Ima gonna marry Melissa Sue."

Billy Bob thinks a minute then looks over at Jim Bob and says

"Wall, I don't know that I'd do that, Jim Bob. She's a been with just 'bout ever man in Se-BAS-ta-pool."

Jim Bob thinks it over then looks back over at Billy Bob and says

Yeah, but ya know what, Billy Bob, Se-BAS-ta-pool ain't all that big a town.

You notice you go thru spurts where you seem to be hitting the pay hands at about the frequency it calls for. But then you also go through periods where the deck is colder than a well diggers ankle in Idaho, you can't seem to hit a pay hand. You also experience spurts where the deck is hotter than a pistol, you seem to hit a pay on almost every hand. Hot Streak, cold streak, medium streak, cold streak, medium streak, cold streak, hot streat, medium streak, hot streak, etc.

Then set the deck down on the table and stare at it saying to yourself "Yep, just what I thought. That deck of cards is pre-programmed with hot streaks and cold streaks! I wonder how they do that."

I was at Rincon on Sunday and it was 85 and hot but two weeks before it was a high of only 57 so you never know in the foothills of San Diego.

Coach,

Bev and I visited Rincon the weekend prior to Thanksgiving, taking advantage of the 125K Signature Experience package on my account. We both give the property a big thumbs up!

There's an excellent inventory of good games at $.50/$1/$5 that provided very satisfactory play throughout our stay.

Rooms are well appointed. If you can score an upgrade to one of their suites, you're in for a particular treat. We stayed in a Coronado suite under my offer, which featured a large living room, nice bedroom, spacious bathroom with large shower and separate deluxe jacuzzi tub, and a spacious balcony accessible from the bedroom and bathroom.

We didn't sample the gourmet restaurants during our 2-night stay (we were en route to spending Thanksgiving week in Puerto Vallarta), but benefited from an exquisite poolside luncheon under my offer that suggests that Fiore Steakhouse should have the potential to offer top-flight fare. (The menu and decor themselves are fairly run-of-the-mill "nice" for a casino steakhouse experience.

The pool area is drop dead attractive. I imagine swim weather is a iffy prospect in February, but we lucked into a beautiful day on arrival in November (where a cabana was assigned for our lunch and day's use) and had a great time at the pool.

Our foremost impression of the property is that it's excellently managed throughout. (FWIW, the spa services provided as part of my Experience were performed with absolute acumen ... best either of us have enjoyed.) There's a real commitment to guest satisfaction from which any A.C. property could learn from ... truly unanticipated from a "po-dunk" casino.

Just be prepared ... it's a good hike from the San Diego airport: a good hour's drive.

Read up on the other casinos in the Rincon vicinity (especially Pala, which is pretty nice). You may decide to explore during your visit.

- Harry

Re: [vpFREE] Rincon Questions

I play at Rincon often since it only about 40 mins from my house. 9-6 JB, 8-5 Bonus and 9-6 DDB located in it own section next to the Sports Bar. From the parking lot the entrance is right of the front main entrance once inside go to your left and go about50ft up against the wall. I have not used the hotel but I have heard that it is nice. Their restaurants are VERY good I love the steak house. If you do make it let me know and I will come up. I hope you have better luck on the Epic than I did. Mike
