Cromwell, Rio, Planet Hollywood, and other Vegas casinos that are currently closed probably will remain closed until the virus cases get a lot lower and more people travel to Vegas. Right now many of the ones that are open are apparently struggling because of a combination of low attendance, higher maintenance costs (all that hand sanitizer etc), illness of a few workers, etc. Weekends apparently are not too bad, but weekdays are slow both for gaming and room occupancy. Some restaurants that opened are now having reduced hours. Bars are also closed, and booze is always a good income source. It won't surprise me if some of the casinos that are now open close down again if Covid cases continue to increase.
