No, this is not true! Reel Rewards must be played through a machine once before cashing out. If you insert a $100 reel reward ticket into a $1 single line video poker machine you must play 20 hands at max play(5 coins) before you can cash out the full amount.

Not bad considering you could play 9/6 jacks for up to $1250 a hand if you wanted.

Huck Seed is in and out of money. There were rumors that he owed a great deal of money from being staked in poker. He played nosebleed stakes online before Black Friday. He also plays in high stakes cash games. At the levels he gambles at this money is irrelevant. He could be playing high stakes NL or Pot Limit Omaha and this money could be gone over a number of weeks. Huck is a winning poker player. He won the WSOP main event in 1996 for $1 million. He might have been only playing for 50% or less. His lifetime winnings in poker tournaments is over $5 million. Huck has some bad habits. I won't discuss them here. You can Google yourself and find out. Some stories might be true and some not. Like most high stakes gamblers his lifestyle doesn't change. They push the edge. If he owes money he gets staked. The money these guys win is just a way of keeping score. Losing poker players don't get staked for very long. You usually see them on the rail borrowing money or asking someone to treat them to a meal. To most people taking $50,000 shots trying to hit that Royal and losing it would be devestating. Huck might have been playing with his "case"
$50K. It wouldn't matter to him if he lost it. He will always be in action.

He may not have had the long term bankroll, neither did Dancer, but luck was smiling on him that day. I know you're a big advocate of luck.

I haven't read any of the links, so maybe this is already answered elsewhere, but do we know that a bunch of the high stakes poker guys didn't maybe pool money together to take a shot at it?

I have never known them to cash out with the original tickets. You had to play them through a machine at least once.

Subject: [vpFREE] Reel Rewards Flamingo???
We will be in Vegas in October and just got an offer from the Flamingo for $850
in Reel Rewards play. Does anyone know if this is good for use on VP. I have
called the casino twice but am not confident that the people I talked to were
sure of the answer. They both told me it was good on VP. The offer states table
games and slots. I am not sure that includes VP. The people I talked to said VP
is a slot game and is included in the promotion. Anyone here know for sure.
Thanks,
Sharon

Maybe not a coincidence that the $100 progressives at Bellagio and Aria were the same. Someone told me they are linked.

It still says that the High Limit Room has all the great multiline games "with the pay tables you want". They certainly don't have the pay tables I want!!!
They need to change it to "All the Great Games with really horrible pay tables you should avoid".
