That is 100% correct. A lot of casino management show up for drawings. If you win and look very blase about it, that stands out to them. Make a small scene demonstrating your excitement.

I make a distinction between BEING excited and ACTING excited --- especially around an audience.

In the case of the double jackpot promo, one of my horses forgot to tip as I asked him too, and we heard from an inside source that all the security and slot attendants were talking about the guys hitting jackpots in the high limit room and not tipping. The casino cancelled the promo the next time it was scheduled. Most likely because they got annihilated but who knows whether something that simple could have figured into things.

Something like that might work on table games to disguise being a card counter, but on machines, they only look at what the computer records reveal.

This month I was running some friends through a double jackpot promotion. I told them to act like hitting the jackpot was the greatest thing that ever happened to them even though they were only getting a small piece of it. I figured they look much more like recreational gamblers. Maybe a little excitement is warranted for this reason.
