---I use Word for all my documents and still no complaints from any editors.
Works fine for me and apparently my e-mails look fine to Luke and others as
well? Maybe try getting yourself a hotmail or gmail account for your
e-mails? May correct yours?

My recollection is that the issue was about bumping. Three months ago I took advantage of an opportunity that netted me with $175 in free fuel for my rig, and it only took about 2 hours of my time. I never thought of it as part of my overall video poker winnings.

It's possible that making use of intelligence and rationality will lead to different, interesting results... as compared to following what superficially seems right based on gut feeling or "common sense."
I very much agree with Bob that these same skills are applicable to life in general.

Although you say "regular old Outlook" if you are using Outlook 2007/2010, then you are using Word as your email editor.

[vpFREE] recent trip
Posted some pictures from recent trip to New York, New York. All of these winnings were from New York. We usually will play some at other MGM properties and this trip was no exception, the only problem was no winnings at the others. We had a great time and the best was the hit on the 5 dollar progressive, as you can see I was playing double double bonus when I hit it. When we arrived on the 9th I noticed the progressive was about 30K at that time and I thought that would be the best thing to hit. I hit it on day number 3 and it is the biggest jackpot that i have ever hit, I have hit 5 dollar royal before but it was not a progressive.

Scot, I have used many Google searches to find the underlying cause for my
display showing the weird characters instead of the intended apostrophe. The
most common explanations are that the original post (ie. yours) is entered
using Microsoft Word with the option "smart quotes" selected OR a mismatch
in default fonts. Changing the setting for "smart quotes" within Word is
simple to solve. Resolving the font mismatch is more complicated. That is
why I asked what software you use to enter your posts. By the way, Jean
Scott's posts also appear with unexpected characters replacing quotes,
apostrophes, etc.

[vpFREE] Illinois "Bar" Casinos - Wheel of Gold Video Poker
This week, Illinois finally opened two mini casinos in bars. Limit is five
gaming machines. One of them (The Bringer Inn) is in Morton Grove IL, about
four miles from me.
I am not a drinker but the Bringer Inn is a long time fixture in this area
(I have been out here 33 years and this place predates that.) and very
popular extremely clean looking place.
They appear to have four gaming machines one of which is single line video
poker. (Eight different game types.) These are all IGT products.
Illinois "bar version" video poker is limited to $2 max bet (8 coin
quarters) and a top payout of $500.
This makes for some weirdness at the top of the paytable. (Example: TDB has
a top payout of 250 for 1 on the RF, SF, Four Aces + low and Four 2s-4s +
low.)
If it were not for a special add-on feature the games would range from
95.49% (Bonus Deuces) to 96.51% (BP Deluxe). These are the effective ERs for
less than eight quarters.
The special feature is called "Wheel of Gold". I was only familiar with this
name as it applied to large progressive slots.
In this case, if you play the eight coin max, quad fives through kings (On
the deuce games it must be naturals.) triggers a wheel spin that can win up
to $500. The eight coin paytable is as good as the other bet sizes so this
feature is actually an add-on!
Videopoker.com, wizardofodds.com and vpgenius.com do not have any info on
the value of this feature. I am sure the positions on the wheel are not
equally weighted and do not know how much this feature adds to the games.
One of the spaces says "game over" so sometimes this feature adds zero.
Sadly, these games may actually be slightly better than the quarter level
offerings at some of the Chicago Area casinos.
Does anybody have info on the average result of a wheel spin for this
version of Wheel of Gold?
Note: This is not either of the "Wheel Poker" variants nor is this "Build A
Wheel".
I suspect we may not want a full listing of these mini-casinos as Illinois
is slated to have several thousand of these!

Yeah, it's called "Meet Me In Montana." The funny thing is most Montanan's hate the song. I play it sometimes in the bars on the internet jukeboxes just to watch the Montanans puke. Montanans are Californiaphobes. They have a healthy fear that Californians are gonna buy Montana and turn it into Los Angeles, Jr. They are already starting to call Bozeman....Bozeangeles. When I tell them that Marie Osmond is actually from Utah, they relax a little bit. It's another mountain state, you know. Being from Nevada you be all cool here. It's another mountain state too.
