Dan Druff is about to complete his 4th year of working the comped rooms through 7 Stars. He has said he will run the action again early next year to get another two years worth of comped rooms as long as the conditions are right. I take that to mean 9/6 Jacks @ $10 per TC. There are still a couple of locations in the country.


Will he get cut off? I don't think he really cares in the sense that he has no use for CET other than working 7 Stars for the comped rooms.

I suspect that if all you do is get the rooms for year, plus maybe going to the diamond lounge, you will eventually stop getting any offers for Vegas. And even if you get enough points for the next year, you will not be actually given the seven star status. If you have too many zero Play days and stop getting offers, it can take months or years to start getting offers again, even if you are playing and losing (as I found out - and it didnt take too many 0 days to cause a problem. .. just going into a Diamond lounge trips you in Vegas). It probably takes a host or vice president to get you reinstated, and that's when you are a decent player. If you've totally stiffed them for a year, you might never get back into Caesars good graces.

I did not get my regular point multiplier today at the Downtown Grand.
The slot attendant told me that both the Monday Multipliers and the
Tuesday Senior Day have been discontinued.

[vpFREE] Re: Burned on Gift Card

 

This isn't an unusual story these days.   Many gift card systems have been hacked and funds have been drained.   The days of being able to trust a gift card received from a third party have passed. 

If you receive a gift card now from a third party (such as a casino, eBay, etc), I'd advise using it ASAP.   If you aren't able to redeem right away because you haven't found a suitable item to purchase then just go in the store and buy *anything* then return in the next day for a gift card issued directly from the store.   Yep it's a PIA but at least you're protected.
