I played in a slot tournament at Harrah's AC yesterday. There were 30
winners ranging from $150 to $3000 in free play. Every winner was paid with
$25 coupons. There was one problem; my coupons had already expired. I was
told the cashier cage would exchange my coupons for valid ones, but the cage
didn't know anything about this & weren't going to accept expired coupons.
Finally the cage manager went to the tournament desk & found out that the
entire stack of coupons were all expired & had been issued to the tournament
by Auditing that very morning. I did get valid coupons after about 20
minutes.
