Losing weight requires two things.
1. Absolute dedication to the diet you are on. You have to diet the same way that Dancer plays VP. Absolutely perfect, or as close as is reasonable.
2. Getting a diet that is sustainable. My suggestion, spend some money and see a consulting nutritionist/dietician, who can prescribe a diet that is tailored to your needs, lifestyle etc. That's what I have done after doing all of the other foolishness for more years than I can count. Regards
