Looking over that video footage you can see it is 100% an assault on the wife and daughter. Harder to say about the husband because you cannot hear what is being said or see anything clearly, but for the wife and daughter, they are walking away and get tackled and assaulted. No doubt they are sueing and should get millions!

I was there two weeks ago and saw the pay tables on the 50 and 100 play machines, and just didn't play. I had intended to put $25000 through on each of two days to earn the 5000 tier bonuses, but I just kept the $5K gambling bankroll I always take with me in my stash. Bet not a penny!! I accept the fact that I am going to lose money playing the machines they had before they were downgraded, but I'm not willing to increase my losses to the level where they will be with the new paytables. Used some freeplay but none of my own money. I had reservations for last weekend and this weekend also but I cancelled them. There was no one playing the 50 and 100 play machines when I was there and in days past I often had to wait to get on them. I don't know what the hold was with the old paytables but I would hazard a guess from watching the players that they held at least 2%.  If they increased the hold to 3% by changing the paytables, but the play fell by 90% hmmm.... They must not have rocket scientists making those decisions. Oh well, I guess it's back to LauBerge.

The "update points" currently does not give "up to the minute" updates. I just tried it and it is at least 4 hours stale. It is showing yesterday's total.

This is getting weirder and weirder.  First of all, this is entirely different than them 86ing players for playing $5 BPDlx, even though that is chickensh_t too.  But a 9-5 DDB game earns good money FOR the casino, no matter what the jackpot is and even with 7X points.  And if the player adjusts his strategy to the high jackpot, i.e. breaking high pairs for RF3, etc., then the casino makes even more off of him.  What is wrong with these people?  Who hires management that thinks like that?  They should be inviting all players to pound a game like this.  Nothing but profit for the casino as players gather and play in a "feeding frenzy".

So who is playing the game today?  Nobody?  lol

to further complicate matters, while 7* trips can be reimbursed by dominant property host, i was told level 1 trips are reimbursed by destination property, so you have to wait til you get there before being reimbursed.

That's just a really poor excuse from them.  They could let players book their own trips, they could outsource to a third party travel agency, they could find some temps who have travel experience.  All of which would cost significantly less than the fare increases they're experiencing from the delays and the loss of play they're experiencing from trips that don't end up happening. 

 

It's also really poor planning.  They knew they added however many trips this year, why did they not start training/hiring people in October?

I talked to someone high up in CZR.  They know the problem.  Passport is swamped because so many left their trip bookings until the last month or two before the March 31st deadline.  Employees in Passport have to be specially trained to meet airline booking rules so they just can't throw in anyone to help out temporarily.  A few employees who had that training but are now in other positions have volunteered to come in on weekends to help clear the backlog.
