Sent from my iPadI requested my trip at the end of January and I still do not have a flight confirmation. Has anyone been waiting a month to get their flight? Why not let people book their own and reimburse them if you can't handle the volume. It takes me less than 5 minutes online to book a flight. This is just way beyond bad service.
