>>Note: $3 per point on Treasure Chest while 9/6 JOB is $1 per point is a
good indication that Treasure Chest is a strong game. Perhaps those of
you who play the game could pool your quad stats to get a better idea of the
payback. An average $184 quad would put the game at 100%.<<
I just got back from a few days staying at the Fremont. Played Treasure
Chest (.25) for an hour or so...two quads...both 140 credits.
By the way, the FP Pick 'Em/Pick-a-Pair count at the Fremont is up to
10...two of the old coin-dropper machines near the bar and eight machines in the
Keno area. Actually made some money on these machines this week.
Other observations: Pretty good crowd downtown this week. Still lots of
those people around in Halloween costumes that want you to pay to have a
picture taken with them. I used the "Nevada resident" discount and went
through the Mob Museum- an OK way to kill an hour or so, but for a museum it
doesn't have many "artifacts". Somebody posted that they thought the MSS
buffet was poor..it's still a reasonable deal, but the breakfast buffet
continues to go down hill. I took a drive out to the M to use a food coupon and
cash in some freeplay. Good food...very friendly staff, but only mediocre
VP at the level I play.

From my spouse's blog:
"I'm happy to say that my host came through and restored the points the Hard Rock Las Vegas took to pay for a comped room. He indicated that the policy may change but as for now it is still in effect, so Hard Rock customers are advised to use up all their points each session and ask for comps for anything they want.
"This story won't be over until the HRH changes its system so points aren't seized for comped hotel rooms. If and when I become aware of any change, I will report it."
[vpFREE] LVA Question of the Day - 15 JUN 2012
LVA Question of the Day - 15 JUN 2012
Q: My wife and I were at the Bellagio Conservatory on
Wednesday and as always were dazzled by the presentation.
Several questions came up. Where are all the props stored
and how large is the warehouse? Does the Belllagio have
their own gardens or where do all the plants come from?
Finally how do they get all the large trees and things
like the now present lighthouse into the conservatory?

They exclude you in the following manner, you swipe the card at the kiosk and nothing shows up in your offers. If you are a glutton for punishment you go and ask for it at the club and they tell you that your are not allowed to get the promotion at management's discretion or whatever other fancy wording they want to use.

If you are luck. I was told at the booth to play and the points would be adjusted later. Of course it was a lie and the points were never adjusted. I guess when Ferttita management reserves all rights, that includes lying.
