You can create a custom paytable at vpgenius.com including payouts for any pairs below JJ but not razgu. Unfortunately I keep getting a runtime error when I try to analyze the paytable.

Maybe someone here knows of another software that can handle your requirements.

launch the software. in the corner of the screen, outside the small
area filled by the WinPoker display, there should be a button marked
"2x". press that button and WinPoker will fill the iPad screen.

I think it has up to 100 play(which I don't think the iPhone version has) but other than that it's just better graphics which are designed to be viewed on the iPad.

Because the casino is in Downtown Cleveland next to a bunch of Hotels, the Cleveland Cav's sports arena, Progressive Field, and Browns Stadium. If they did not charge to park you would never have a place to park. There is a reserved 7-Stars area in the garage off of Ontario Street. 7-Stars get automatic free parking whether they play or not, just swipe your card and print a voucher.
Limit one parking pass per 24 hour time period, so print your voucher as soon as you qualify for it.
