VP wiz that may be the case in some spots. My experience is a little different. When I was on the Spin Poker Joker play in Ely I got to play for double pay royals for 4 hours every week. If I hit a multi-line royal I got the bonus for just one royal but it didn't have to be on the first line.
I once played a royal promotion at the Sands Regency in Reno. Most royals in a month got $10,000. At the start I jumped on a penny hundred play full pay Super Aces. There was another hundred play and 2 fifty plays in the house. I was surprised that no one was playing them. I jumped out to such a big lead that no one had a chance to catch me.
If I made multi royals I got credit for all of them. One memorable hand I had. I flopped 4 to the royal and hit 7 royals on the draw.
This Royal Hunt game is so new that if a casino puts on a royal promotion they may not know to disqualify it. In that case they will have to learn the hard way.
