It sounds like everyone's status on their Stations' online account is wrong. Mine too. Their website has had issues since the new one was introduced a few months ago.
Trying clicking on "Contact Us" there and let them know what's wrong. Maybe it will eventually get fixed.

It happened to me too. As of 12/31/11 I was
President with status through 7/1/2012. Now I am
gold through 7/1/2012, very surprised to see that
error. My slot host is not very accommodating; anyone know who to complain to?

Re: [vpFREE] Re: Again, important to keep track of points at Harrahs properties
These are some examples of not to playing at any of the Harrah's property. There are many other reasons not to support this corporation and one biggie is they supported the campaigns of Harry Reid and that guy some of you call the President of the United States.

There's another reason to keep track of your Harrah's points. That's so
you'll know when your host offers you "dinner at the steakhouse" or "a limo
to the airport" and then pays for it by taking points from your account.

Miss Craps-
Have you considered that these "Computer Errors" may be intentional.
Most players do not track their play like you do, and many wouldn't notice if a
multiplier was missing.
The reps are trained to say "Oh sorry, computer error." if a customer notices.
and if the customer doesn't notice.......

After several weeks of exchanging email with customer service, they finally made an adjustment of over $200 in comp credits. I had kept daily track of credits and thus could see that not enough points had been added. I also was persistent in pursuing the missing credits.

If you don't see them on. Your card reader after a session, check with VIP services or TR. Write down your time of play, machine number, and other info. Keep track of any multiplier days with points accumulated, and if they don't show up in a couple of weeks, check with TR, customer service via www.harrahs.com, and/or a host.

Unfortunately if they make a manual adjustment, it may count as a Trip. Hard to say if the normal multiplier counts as a trip when it hits your account too.

I just signed into mystation.com.
By the end of the last qualifying period ending 12/31/2011, I had
earned 341,084 "status credits", which got me to "Chairman" level
through 07/01/2012.
However, it now shows me as "Platinum" status, with 41,084 "Rollover
Status Credits".
Questions:
Shouldn't I still be at Chairman's Status through 07/01/2012?
And, if I'm going to drop down a level, shouldn't I at least get
President status, with the 241,000 status credits I earned above THAT
level??
BTW, for anyone wondering, my offers didn't increase between
President and Chairman levels, so it seems the benefits of Chairman
really are next to nothing better than President.
Thanks for any light that anyone might be able to shed on this status
downgrade.

LVA Question of the Day - 2 JAN 2012
Q: What is Oscar Goodman's actual involvement with the new
steakhouse in the Plaza? I'd been under the impression that
the former mayor owned the joint, but I've heard rumors that
isn't true at all. Say it ain't so!
