I'll really date myself and observe that Borland (a prominent software co in the 1980's) had a "no-Nonsense" license policy that permitted unlimited installs, but restricted use to only one at a given time.
FWIW, I believe the you can contact the publishers of VP for Winners and be granted the leeway to install on a second device, provided you give assurance that multiple user access isn't the intent.
