Wouldn't you think they'd post a notice by each Kiosk if they KNOW there's a problem?

[vpFREE] Gold Coast Senior 11x Point Glitch

 

If you swiped in the kiosk today for the Senior 11x points at Gold Coast, you probably didn't get them. To get the extra points, you must tell the players club personnel about it. They will then add you to a list and manually adjust your account in a day or two.

I feel sorry for the hundreds of players who assumed in good faith that they would get the 11x points and therefore didn't check their account carefully. I would think Gold Coast could make the corrections globally without requiring each player to notify them.

To make matters worse, this is the second Wednesday in a row this has happened at Gold Coast.
