It was removed from the floor for good, not relocated, according to a slot attendant.

I know they took out a triple play progressive maybe a year ago that was close to those, it had 9-7 DB and the same deuces game. Still wondering why.

What are they thinking?

I don't know if you mean the 5c or 25c triple play progressives at the Orleans but they're both very popular.

Here are a few other Las Vegas progressives that I know are popular:

Arizona Charlie's Decatur - $1 10/7 DB and 10/6 DDB
Circus Circus - 50c Aces & EightsD Casino - 25c 8/5 BP at the Vue Bar
Four Queens - 25c 10/7 DB
Sam's Town - several 25c and $1 with base games 99%+

Yeah, bobbartop, it was probably the cuts that turned the place into a ghost town so they just gave up and pulled the plug on the whole thing.

Bob and Frank could have bought the whole town of Searchlight for a song a couple years ago. They're apparently not very shrewd businessmen.

That is a bank of ten uprights with five on each side about the second bank in from the outside doors. I think they are a little closer to Subway than the poker room.

These machines also have 5c and 10c games but with lower paytables. The 9/6 BDlx is only in quarters, so you must select 25c on the main menu first in order to see the correct paytable.

That is a bit of a fuss for .5 on mistakes. You might as well put in 90/9/6 JoB or some sort of 100% TDB variant and not have to W-2 a quarter player.

My memory is rusty, but they did not disappear in one swoop without first being adjusted. They either lowered the pay tables, or excluded them from mailers or multipliers, or all of the above. And THEN they dumped them. True, they did not get a fair test and the casino threw in the towel too soon. By my view anyway, I'm sure not by the management that did the towel throwing.

There is only one reasonable solution. Bob Dancer and Frank Kneeland need to buy their OWN casino. Is the Mirage up for grabs or not?

He said he advised them that they would make about .5% profit on the games due to mistakes. It was new management that came in and stripped it out in one fell swoop.
