Bob and Frank could have bought the whole town of Searchlight for a song a couple years ago. They're apparently not very shrewd businessmen.

Well AC may still have the two special small licenses available. They are open for properties under 500 beds and are meant to be temporary but in today's climate they might be fairly safe. Not that AC is the best bet now.
The Baymont Inn is probably available.
