I talked to Frank Kneeland about the FranknBob bartop progressives at the M Resort. He said the games were set up to have a !00% theoretical. That is, 96% with 4% meters. He said he advised them that they would make about .5% profit on the games due to mistakes. It was new management that came in and stripped it out in one fell swoop.
